mamak88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH. The minimum deposit for each method is RM10.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits from third parties are not permitted, and balances received through such methods may be held until identity verification is completed.

mamak88 does not charge any processing fees on deposits, however payment service providers may impose their own additional charges. Users are encouraged to check the terms of their respective providers before making a transaction.

Withdrawals can be made via the same methods as deposits: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, ShopeePay, USDT, BTC, and ETH. The minimum amount per withdrawal is RM50.

All withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is submitted and confirmed. This timeframe depends on the method chosen and the processing schedule of the relevant bank or e-wallet provider.

Important conditions relating to withdrawals:

• Users must complete all relevant wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed
• Withdrawals will only be sent to an account registered in the name of the mamak88 account holder
• Additional identity verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding a certain limit

mamak88 offers various bonus offers that are subject to specific terms of use. All bonuses may only be used for wagering purposes within the mamak88 platform and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal of winnings from that bonus can be processed. For example: deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM100, balance becomes RM200, and the wagering requirement is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500.

General conditions for all bonuses:

• Only one bonus of the same type can be claimed at any one time
• mamak88 reserves the right to change, suspend, or end any promotional offer without prior notice
• Misuse or exploitation of bonus offers may result in cancellation of the bonus and account closure
• mamak88 reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses obtained through unauthorised means

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable:

• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity through a mamak88 account
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification

• Collusion between players to cheat the system in specific games

mamak88 reserves the right to investigate accounts suspected of violating these rules and may place a hold on balances while the investigation is ongoing. mamak88's decision in such matters is final.
